Mayor Lindsey would like for citizens and business owners to understand the importance of this ordinance. This requirement is for the safety and wellbeing of you, your family or employees. Our emergency personnel, police, rescue squad and fire department cannot respond to you in a timely manner if they cannot find your address!!!!!!
Numbers can be purchased at most retail and hardware stores for a nominal amount or the Geneva Sheriff Reserves are selling number address signs for $20.00.
Several of our citizens have taken on craft projects to display their numbers in a unique and decorative way. Below is an example of a project by one of our citizens (Kim Gillespie). If you have a creative way of displaying your address send us a picture and we will add it to our website.
